The little things in Life

Source: HTC Sense

They say its the little things in life are the most enjoyable. Well if this is true then HTC are doing a bloody good job. They recently released HTC Sense for android phones, and it just makes these handsets that extra bit special.

So what is HTC sense I hear you say? Well basically, its the little things that make the big difference when using mobile technology. Its the kind of ideas that anyone could have thought of but going about doing them is something else. Well the talented people at HTC have done it! Making your mobile experience even more fluid.

One of the main features I love about HTC Sense is the fact that you can create an online account meaning you can interact with your phone from your computer. This is soo useful if you loose your phone around your house somewhere and cannot find it. Simply log onto your account and ring your phone on its loudest setting via the internet. Phone rings, and boom thats saved you half an hour of sheer panic!

I have found the best feature of htc sense so far (in my opinion) is one that actually affects the way in which we communicate with a mobile phone (to some extent.) Is the feature of flipping the phone on its front while on the phone to someone enables the phone to instantly go into speaker phone. From having a 1 on 1 conversation to communicating with a whole room of people in a an instant without having a faf around going through the settings, creates a seamless and easy experience. I found it really good if you need to use both your hands for something such as opening a box while on the phone, you can just put the phone down and talk, hands free!

I’ve had the phone for a couple of weeks now and still haven’t really utilised it to the full. This is something that I really admire about HTC, so I think I’ll be keeping my eye on the HTC Sense and what features will be coming out in the future.
